You're Not Alone in This Struggle
That feeling that your body is betraying you, that 'solutions' never work... I know it intimately.
When I was diagnosed with diabetes, I felt exactly what you might be feeling now: that frustration, that sense of being trapped in your own body.
What I've discovered since will surprise you: your body isn't fighting you. It's just waiting for someone to speak its language.
The Discovery That Changes Everything
Our patients are NEVER HUNGRY and only eat what they find DELICIOUS. This isn't a dream, it's our daily method, born from my personal experience with diabetes.
Let's Talk About Your Situation
Not as expert and patient, but as two people who understand the importance of feeling good in your body. This conversation could change your relationship with food forever.

Living With Diabetes Every Day
My advice comes from my plate, not a textbook
The day I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, it could have been a setback—it became my greatest strength as a dietitian. Because since that day, I live exactly what I ask my patients to live.
I've tested my blood sugar after thousands of meals. I know exactly what spikes my glucose and what doesn't. This knowledge isn't in books—it's in my body.
This personal experience has completely transformed how I support patients. I never prescribe something I haven't experienced myself.
Thousands of Tests
I've measured my blood sugar after countless meals to understand how my body truly responds.
Eating With Pleasure
I discovered that you can perfectly manage diabetes while still enjoying carbonara or tiramisu.
Understanding From Within
I know the emotional highs and lows of living with a chronic condition. I truly understand.
What diabetes taught me
Restriction creates frustration. Frustration leads to failure. The key is finding balance, not prohibition.
Meal timing matters as much as content. Chrono-nutrition isn't a fad—it's a science I live daily.
Every body is unique. What works for me won't necessarily work for you—that's why personalization is essential.
How My Experience Shaped My Approach
From theory to a method that truly works
The day I understood I could manage my diabetes while savouring carbonara, everything changed.
Before my diagnosis, I followed the classic approach: lists of forbidden foods, portions measured to the gram, guilt over 'slip-ups'. And then I had to apply these rules to my own life.
I quickly realized this approach was unsustainable long-term. I started experimenting, searching for a way of eating that was both effective for my health AND enjoyable to live. That's how the 'No Hunger, Only Pleasure' approach was born.
Never Restrict
No food is forbidden. Instead, we learn to integrate all foods intelligently.
Always Pleasure
Your favourite dishes are part of the plan. Because a diet you don't enjoy is a diet you'll abandon.
Lasting Results
No miracle solutions. Progressive changes that become natural and permanent.
Pierre, Simply
Because a good dietitian is above all someone who understands life
Beyond the diplomas and certifications, I'm above all someone who loves good food, who understands the challenges of daily life, and who deeply believes that health and pleasure can coexist.
Multicultural Roots
Half German, half Lebanese, I've lived in Belgium since 1987. This dual heritage taught me to appreciate cuisines from around the world—and to understand that every culinary tradition has its treasures.
Food Enthusiast
My wife is a professional chef—so I'm surrounded by culinary excellence! I love discovering new restaurants. Food is one of life's pleasures, not an enemy.
Active Life
I exercise regularly—not out of obligation, but because it's part of a balanced life.
Always Learning
I continue to train, read the latest research, question my own practices.
'I never ask you to do something I don't do myself.'
