Online withdrawal function
Did you book a consultation at a distance (online, by email or by phone)? You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the booking, without giving a reason (Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). Withdrawal is free of charge, unless the consultation has already taken place at your request during that period (see Article 8 of the Terms and Conditions).
- This form is the online withdrawal function required by Article VI.61/2 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Fill it in, then confirm: you immediately receive an acknowledgement by email.
- Has the 14-day period passed? You can still cancel your consultation: let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
