What should I know for my first visit?

Plan for about 1 hour for your first consultation. Bring your recent blood tests if you have them.

What should I bring?

Your latest blood tests, a list of current medications, and if possible a food diary from recent days.

Is it covered by my health insurance?

Yes, as an Licensed dietitian, your consultations are partially reimbursed by your health insurance.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Up to 24 hours before the appointment, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge via the link in your confirmation email or by writing to info@diaeta.be. Less than 24 hours before, or in case of no-show, compensation of 50% of the fee may be requested, except in cases of force majeure (an explanation is enough). If you booked at a distance, you may also withdraw from the contract without giving a reason for 14 days.
